Marcela WidrigQualified Practitioner of the Grinberg Method. In a direct and personal way, Marcela defines, together with the client, what it is they would like to develop and change in their life. Through a personal process, which is taught through the body, clients learn to identify and let go of areas of tension, stressful ways of thinking and repetitive emotions, which limit them. In doing so, clients experience new physical sensations, an ability to breathe and move more freely, and greater freedom of who and how to be in life. Clients are increasingly able to express more of their will toward what they want. |
